KC-12

KC-12 is a safe, strong rust remover, commonly used as fine finishing agents. Work piece on which rust has to be removed, is immersed in KC-12.

  • Strong Rust Removal Property – Quickly remove rust (5-10 minutes) while protecting metal surface. Apply with appropriate concentration (up to 10 times dilution).
  • Metal Surface Protection – Revive lustrous metal surface without causing discolouration. Enable to challenge high quality die/mould production as precise as micro meters.
  • High Durability – The characteristics of KC-12 are its long duration of rust removal properties and prevent metal surface form discolouration.
  • Safety – Produce no poisonous gas or irritation during rust removal process and prevent surrounding machinery from rusting.

K-200

k200

K-200 is a good rust remover containing other effects such as degreasing, anticorrosion and sludge cleaning. Work piece on which rust has to be removed is immersed in K-200 or wipe cleaned using brush or rag.

  • Strong rust grease removal – Quickly remove rust (5-10 minutes) while protecting metal surface. Due to its degreasing properties, enables to remove rust from oily metal surface and clean sludge on wire EDM.
  • Metal Surface Protection – Revive lustrous metal surface without causing discolouration. Enable to challenge high quality die/ mould production as precise as micro meters.
  • Anticorrosion – Rust Remover K-200 contains some particles with anticorrosive properties, therefore it prevents excess corrosion and rust recursion.
  • Safety – Produce no poisonous gas or irritation during rust removal process and prevent surrounding machinery from rusting.

W-2K

w2

W-2K is effective anti-corrosive additive solution for work piece. As it does not contain high viscous material, it is smooth like water therefore machine friendly.

  • Effective anticorrosion at low concentration – Mecha Proof W-2K is economical because it is effective at low concentration. In the case of immersion type, the amount required is about 0.3% of tank volume and in the case of flushing type it is about 0.5%.
  • Prevention of electrical corrosion – Mecha Proof W-2K prevents not only rust formation. It prevents electrical corrosion as well. Mecha Proof W-2K prevents electrical corrosion of ferrous metals as well as cemented carbide.
  • Prevention of sludge adhesion – Sludge form during wire EDM operation. Mecha Proof W-2K prevents sludge adhesion and sludge contamination of pipe line and work tank surface.
  • Low viscous and no tackiness – As Mecha Proof W-2K does not contain high viscous materials, it is smooth like water therefore machine friendly. Also it does not distract automatic wire threading.

MECHA SLUDGE CLEANER EX-1

Sludge and dirt gets accumulated on wire guide and other parts during continuous EDM processing. This leads to low accuracy and possibility of wire breakage, and influences product finishing. Mecha Sludge Cleaner helps to remove the sludge and dirt so formed.

  • Sludge removal for wire-EDM and parts – Sludge removal for wire guides, dielectric plates, water nozzles, set tables, work tank walls and jigs.
  • Rust removal for work pieces – Spray into the initial hole of work piece. Sludge in the initial hole increases the possibility of breakage during automatic wire threading.

CP-4000

CP-4000

CP-4000 is oil-based rust inhibitor for long term rust prevention (for at least 1 year). Corrosion protection for iron-based work and export products is also possible.

  • CP-4000 is the most suitable anticorrosive agent for under long term adverse conditions such as export acrossing equator.
  • More than 1 year of anticcorosion when used indoor (varies with surrounding condition). Reasonably low viscous oil based anticorrosive agent.
  • Generate soft film (2~5 μm) after applied.
  • Enable to remove the film by any degreasing agents.
  • Excellent moisture displacing property and prevent oil stain.
